1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:
The request is raised within 7 days of delivery
Product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
Tags, labels, and packaging are intact
Non-returnable items include:
Sale/clearance items

Wrong product received
Size mismatch
Defective or damaged item
3. Return Process
Submit a request via website or email
Provide order ID, reason, and photos (if required)
Pickup will be scheduled from your address
Product undergoes Quality Check (QC)
Refund/store credit is issued after QC approval
4. Refund Method
Refunds are provided through:
Original payment method (for prepaid orders)
Bank transfer or store credit (for COD orders)
Store credit for faster processing, if chosen
Refunds are issued within 4–7 working days after QC approval.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:
Inform us within 48 hours
Share unboxing video/photos
Replacement/refund will be arranged immediately
6. Exchange Policy
Exchanges may be available for:
Size issues
Color preference (if stock is available)
Where exchange is not possible, a refund may be issued.
